Membership Enrollment Process

First Sign Up for TrackitHub (our membership management platform). Click here for detailed images.

  1. Go the www.TrackItHub.com
  2. Click on Sign Up in the upper right-hand of the screen.
  3. Enter your email and create a password.
  4. Complete Player Registration
  5. Complete the registration form.
  6. Select your rating
  7. Click Join a New Group
  8. Type Bellingham in the search bar.
  9. Click on the Bellingham Pickleball Club at the bottom of the screen
  10. Click Join
  11. Complete the form.
  12. Click to pay for membership (you will be taken to PayPal). You are not officially a member until you pay the dues. 

 

Second, join your skill level Open Play and Skill Development  groups. Click here for detailed images.

  • BPC Members can select ONE (1) skill level group for Open Play and Skill Development. 
  • On left side panel, select “My Groups”
  • In the new window that opens, click the 2nd tab “Recommended”
  • Select the two groups (1-skill development, 1-open play) at your skill level.  (You can choose different skill levels for Open Play and Skill Development, but only one skill level per activity.)
  • That’s it!  After the administrator approves your request, you be able to sign up for events. 

  • Once approved, check your  Events Calendar, located in the lower portion of your home page.
  • Click the day on the calendar of the event you want to attend.
  • Click on the event, which will be a small box to the right of the calendar.
  • Register.
  • If required, pay in advance the facility use fee. All facility fees are non-refundable.
