The Bellingham Pickleball Club (BPC) Membership Fee is $30 per year. Membership is valid from Now – June 30, 2024. You may pay the standard fee or donate more (donations are greatly appreciated). Fees collected allow BPC, a 501(c)7 non-profit, to provide liability insurance coverage at all BPC hosted events and sessions, to provide equipment (portable nets, balls, court cleaning supplies, etc.), to sponsor events, and more.

I hereby agree that I will assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, associated with my involvement with the Bellingham Pickleball Club. I agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Bellingham Pickleball Club (BPC), its agents, members, Board of Directors, officers, volunteers, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct activity, from any liability, claims and demands of whatever kind or nature for injuries, losses or damages that might occur to me in connection with my involvement with BPC. I further agree that I accept total responsibility for my actions and will indemnify and hold Bellingham Pickleball Club harmless to the maximum extent allowed by law for any other loss, liability, claim, damage or expense whatsoever (including legal fees) asserted against or incurred by BPC arising out of any of my intentional actions, willful misconduct, or negligence.
